Second Calling

What if?
What if people in this country took the opportunity to take on a few challenges?  What if we listened to that small voice in the back of our mind that said to try letting God use us in amazing ways?  What if we let God challenge us and we actually took on the challenge?
What if we asked God to show us what he wanted to do to our lives?
What if Y.O.U. listened to that small whisper and followed?
Wouldn't this world be forever changed if we just listened!
Brian and I came home feeling disappointed by Grace's denied student visa to the USA.  We knew that there was always that chance that the visa would not be granted.  We also knew that we needed to show Grace that there are people on the other side of this world that want the best for her.  That these people are praying for her and hope that she will be able to have the dream of an education and career.  Many of whom are "new" believers that have been praying on her behalf.
We appreciate that our family and friends felt the loss in the denial of her student visa.
Remember, that this does not define her story.  God puts these mountains in our way
to strengthen our faith.  We love our God and will continue to be used in whatever manner he has blessed us with.  We are praying daily (as a family & individually) for doors to open for Grace!

This is not the end of Grace's story.

"Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain"
-1 Corinthians 15:58
Thanks Lori!
