Moving on with my angel in heaven now.
Last night I made the mistake of going to the US Embassy's web-site. I found that there is a document that Grace needs to complete online. I know that seems like that should be an easy fix but Grace doesn't have any means of getting to the internet and very little experience navigating the web.
I really felt that my right hand had been cut off. George was my rock in this. He had the calming personality and also an ability to make it happen. My stomach hurts over this.
There are so many hurdles yet to jump.
Grace wants so bad to complete the tasks yet to be done but there is no means of making it happen.

God has a plan here.
We are praying that Albert Udongo will be able to help. He is Dr. Betty's husband and in Nebbi right now. We hope that Grace and Albert can connect and she can complete the crucial work for a visa interview.
Meanwhile, I am encouraging Grace! I have told her that these are some difficult details but worth the cost of doing them. We love her and want her to come here to study.
She said over and over, "I love you too."
